Visualist makes collaboration simple
Every hub includes 3 free guest spots, so you can easily share designs, get feedback, and keep everyone aligned — all in one place. Guests must log in to Visualist, either by creating a free account (if they’re new) or logging in with their existing one.
How it works
- Open your hub and click Invite.
- Enter your guest’s email address.
- Choose their access level (Viewer, Commenter, or Editor).
- Send the invitation — your guest will receive an email with a signup or login link.
- Once they accept, the hub appears directly in their Visualist account.

Key details
- Anyone can invite guests, but you can only assign the same or lower permission level than your own.
- Guests can also invite others, but with the same limitation (equal or lower role).
- Hub invitations count toward your guest limit based on your plan.
