Can I cancel my Pro plan?

Yes—you can cancel your Pro plan at any time from your account settings.

What happens when you cancel

  • Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle
  • After that, your account switches to Free
  • You’ll retain access to your files, but Pro features will be paused
  • If you invited any guests to your hubs, they'll no longer be able to see what's in the hub.

You can upgrade again whenever you’re ready—no data is lost.
