Hub billing for archived or deleted hubs
Hub billing for archived or deleted hubs

Billing in Visualist is tied to active hubs. To give you flexibility, you can archive, or delete hubs to stop billing, with the option to restore them later.

What you can do

  • Archive a hub — hidden and not billed until unarchived
  • Delete a hub — moved to trash, not billed, and restorable within your retention period
  • Restart billing automatically when you unarchive or restore (undelete) a hub

How this helps

  • Personal stylists: Pause a client hub until their next seasonal refresh.
  • Interior designers: Archive inactive projects during downtime.
  • Wedding & event planners: Stop billing for event hubs that are complete.

Common questions / concerns

  • Will I lose credits if I archive/delete a hub? No, credits are refunded for inactive hubs.
  • What if I restore a hub but leave it archived? It remains archived and not billed until unarchived.
